Spectrograph for soft x-ray radiation based on a transmission diffraction grating

Abstract:
A description is given of a method in which a point-like transmission diffraction grating is used in the absolute determination of the spectrum of soft x-ray radiation. This method is intended for the investigation of targets with an internal coupling-in of laser radiation in the ISKRA-5 facility. The results are given of the determination and reconstruction of the spectrum of soft x-ray radiation. The calculated and experimentally determined spectra of soft x-ray radiation are compared and the results are shown to be in satisfactory qualitative and quantitative agreement.
