Determination of the saturation parameter and losses at the wavelength of 10.6 μ in a waveguide tube in the form of a structure consisting of a metal and a highly reflecting coating

Abstract:
The saturation parameter of a waveguide CO2 laser was determined experimentally as a function of the pressure of the active medium in a discharge tube based on a structure consisting of a metal and a highly reflecting coating. The electromagnetic energy losses in the waveguide channel were determined.
