Full-text PDF (526 kB) Citations (1)
Abstract: An analysis is made of the transmission of a monochromatic signal with a random spatial modulation through a nonlinear medium with a local response. It is shown that in the case of a weak nonlinearity the distortions of a partly modulated field are regular and can be used to determine the nonlinear refraction constant.
