Single-frequency tunable XeCl* excimer laser
M. S. Dzhidzhoev, S. V. Krayushkin, V. T. Platonenko
Abstract:
A description is given of an XeCl* laser that can deliver single-frequency radiation without intracavity Fabry–Perot etalons. The continuous frequency tuning range was ~ 85 cm – 1. The spectral width was limited by the transient nature of the discharge plasma, and according to estimates it was close to 0.002 cm – 1.
