D. I. Bilenko, V. A. Lodgauz
Full-text PDF (512 kB) Citations (1)
Abstract: Bistability of the optical properties with respect to radiation power was observed for vanadium dioxide films. An analysis was made of nonlinear temperature switching waves and of waves involving switching of the optical properties associated with this bistability. A switching wave was observed experimentally.
