Influence of the quantum nature of recording of holograms on the precision of tomographic analysis of transparent objects

V. A. Tikhomirov, I. N. Troitskii, N. D. Ustinov
Abstract: An investigation is made of the influence of the quantum effects during the recording of holograms on the precision of tomographic determination of the refractive index of transparent objects. Mathematical expressions are obtained for examining the optimal value of the regularization parameter in reconstruction of the function which describes variation of the refractive index over the cross section of an object.
