Stimulated scattering of focused light beams

A. A. Betin, G. A. Pasmanik
Abstract: The quasioptics approximation is used to study the stimulated scattering of focused light beams. The correlation function and the increment of the scattered radiation are found and conditions are formulated for the spatial coherence of the stimulated-scattering field. Special features of the stimulated scattering of short light pulses, focused in a nonlinear medium, are considered.
