Method for stabilization of the output frequency of a carbon dioxide laser

V. A. Ivanov, A. Ya. Leikin, V. S. Solov'ev, V. G. Pavlov
Abstract: A description is given of a method for the stabilization of the output frequency of a CO2 laser based on the simultaneous excitation of several rotational transitions. A report is given of an experimental investigation of the behavior of simultaneously generated lines under competitive and normal conditions. A discrimination curve is obtained.
