Abstract:
A description is given of a high-resolution (~10–3 cm–1) spectrometer with an automated data acquisition and processing system, which can be used to record simultaneously both infrared and Raman spectra of a given substance in the frequency range 1900–5000 cm–1. The results are given of a study of the rotational structure of the vibrational states ν1(a1) and ν3(f2) of the 28SiH4 molecule.
