Full-text PDF (612 kB) Citations (8)
Abstract: An electric-discharge laser with plasma electrodes was constructed for investigating stimulated emission from rare-gas halides. The plasma electrodes were formed by a high-current homogeneous discharge on the surface of an insulator. The output energy was 1.75 J from KrF* and 0.8 J from XeF*.
