Determination of long-term stability of quantum frequency standards by Kalman filtering

B. D. Borisov
Full-text PDF (624 kB) Citations (1)
Abstract: A method is proposed for direct observation of a systematic frequency drift of a quantum (laser) standard in the time domain and for determination of the coefficients in the expansion of the spectral density of the flicker noise power in the frequency domain. The results of application of this method are compared with the results deduced from the structure functions.
