Effect of energy chain branching in the hydrogen fiuorination reaction on the characteristics of an H2–F2 laser

È. U. Baĭkov, A. S. Bashkin, A. N. Oraevsky
Abstract: A theoretical analysis of the influence of the energy chain branching on the characteristics of an H2–F2 laser is made using various branching rate constants available in the literature. The conditions required to achieve stimulated emission from an H2–F2 laser in which active centers are formed by the energy chain branching are determined.
