Abstract: A description of a ZnS semiconductor laser pumped by an electron beam and operating in the scanning regime (with the crystal at a temperature T= 80 K emitting 0.3 W at the wavelength of 330 nm) and in the pulsed regime (300 K, 3 kW at 345 nm).
