Fabrication of corrugated gratings with a high diffraction efficiency on the surface of LiNbO3

Abstract:
A technology was developed and optimal conditions were found for the fabrication of corrugated gratings with a high diffraction efficiency (up to 4%). These gratings had a period of 0.3 μ and they were formed on the surfaces of Y-cut LiNbO3 crystals.
