Abstract:
The method of laser aerosol distillation was used in a study of the synthesis of MxOy–SiO2 (M = Ti, Fe, Ni, Cu) double silicate systems in an erosion jet formed under the influence of cw CO2 laser radiation. The problem of the formation of a boiling melt on composite targets was studied and the conditions for the existence and energy efficiency of a continuously operating laser jet formed from such targets are discussed. The dependence of the concentration of the Ti ions in the grown samples on their concentration on the target surface was determined.
