Laser system components

Characteristics of the application of retroreflectors in submillimetre laser cavities

Yu. E. Kamenev, E. M. Kuleshov

Institute of Radiophysics and Electronics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine
Abstract: An experimental investigation was made of the characteristic features of the use of trihedral corner-cube reflectors as laser cavity mirrors. It was found that tilting or rotation of the reflectors about their axis did not affect the output power or the polarisation of the output radiation.
