Abstract: Theoretical and experimental studies were made of the diffraction efficiency of amplitude–phase holograms which appeared as a result of stimulated Brillouin scattering pumping consisting of reference and signal waves of the same frequency. Variation of the temperature of the scattering substance was used to vary the frequency of the Stokes radiation used to reconstruct the holograms.
