Abstract:
An experimental investigation confirmed theoretical calculations of the optimal parameters of multicomponent phase-locked injection lasers with a diffraction coupling. The feasibility of strong antiphase locking in an injection laser array was demonstrated. The maximum peak power of the output radiation was ~ 250 mW for single-mode lasing and the angular divergence was equal to the diffraction limit.
