Lasers

Control of the energy, temporal, and spatial characteristics of XeCl laser radiation

V. S. Verkhovskii, M. I. Lomaev, S. V. Mel'chenko, A. N. Panchenko, V. F. Tarasenko
Abstract: An experimental investigation was made of λ = 308-nm radiation from LIDA, Foton, and DILAN lasers. The effects of the laser pump circuit and of the laser and resonator design on the output energy, pulse duration, and divergence of the output beam were analyzed.
