Abstract: The spectra of multiply charged ions were studied by mass spectrometry of one-element (Y, Cu, O) and four-element (YBa2Cu3O7) laser plasmas formed by radiation of power density 108–1010 W cm-2. The transition from the one-element to the four-element plasma revealed an increase in the rate of the recombination processes and a reduction in the maximum charge and energy of the plasma ions.
