Continuous-wave lasing (300 K) in an active layer of zinc telluride exhibiting quantum size effects
A. E. Tsurkan, S. A. Rebrov, T. D. Shemyakova
Abstract:
A source of coherent radiation was made from a superlattice structure with a perfect interface. The structure was made from the same material (ZnTe), but use was made of two different crystallographic modifications: sphalerite and wurtzite.
