Investigation of the formation of the near- and far-field distributions of the radiation emitted by platelet microlasers

V. V. Batin, A. M. Kamuz, P. F. Oleksenko, S. V. Svechnikov, O. N. Stril'chuk
Abstract: It was shown experimentally for the first time that the near- and far-field distributions of the radiation from a microlaser made of a platelet CdS single crystal were formed due to the scattering of the output radiation by its end and also by light-induced gratings in the microlaser.
