G. G. Golubkov, N. M. Grachev, A. N. Kolerov, Z. Ya. Kosakovskaya, O. A. Kosolapov
Abstract: A study is reported of the feasibility of using thin-film anisotropic thermoelectric transducers as various components in quantum electrons. Examples are given of practical realization of such components and a study is reported of their main characteristics.
