Principles for construction of a Hopfield neuron network with the aid of volume echo holograms

È. A. Manykin, M. N. Belov
Abstract: A theoretical investigation is reported of the properties of the photon echo as a method for dynamic holography of three-dimensional media. It is shown that an optical Hopfield neuron network can be constructed on this basis. Potential applications of the photon echo in other tasks involving neuron networks in optics are considered.
