Abstract:
The basis is provided of the quenching buffer method for determination of the rate constants of the principal reactions involved in flash photolysis of mixtures of RI iodides with buffer gases M. This method is compared with other known methods for the study of the recombination reactions involving fluoro-organic radicals R.
