Control of laser radiation parameters

Problem in focusing of laser radiation

A. V. Goncharsky, G. N. Morozova, O. Z. Shemkov
Abstract: The problem of focusing laser radiation to form a segment with a uniform intensity distribution is considered. The geometric-optics approximation was used previously to solve the inverse problem of finding the phase function of an optical component. An image produced by such a component is analyzed using a more complex model in which the original model is considered in the Fresnel approximation.
