Abstract:
A cavity is suggested for an industrial solid-state laser with a large-aperture adaptive mirror. Theoretical calculations of the basic cavity characteristics are reported. A report is given of the construction of a solid-state laser with the suggested cavity and of an experimental study of its properties.
