Abstract: The results are given of measurements of the phase-matching angles and temperatures in second-harmonic generation in LiNbO3 crystals characterized by stoichiometry coefficients from 0.9 to 1.2. The measurements were carried out using a helium-neon laser (λ = 1152 nm) and a YAG:Nd3+ laser (λ = 1064 nm). The results obtained were in good agreement with the calculated values.
