Kinetics of the diffraction efficiency of light-induced dynamic gratings in layers of disordered semiconductors

Abstract:
The time evolution of the diffraction efficiency of light-induced dynamic gratings written in layers of disordered semiconductors is analyzed on the basis of dispersion transport theory. The intensity of the light diffracted in first order decays by a power law.
