Third All-Union School on the Physical Basis of Holography, January 25–30, 1971

A brief report of the First and Second All-Union Schools on the Physical Basis of Holography is followed by a fuller description of the Third School held in Ul'yanovsk. Over 300 specialists, including 39 from Eastern Europe, participated in the Third School. The lectures presented at plenary and sectional sessions are briefly reviewed.
