Resonators. Interferometers

Efficiency of an unstable resonator with an active medium containing small-scale phase inhomogeneities

Abstract: Properties of an unstable resonator with small-scale periodic inhomogeneities of the refractive index in an active medium are considered. It is shown that the parameters of output radiation depend on the structure of a phase inhomogeneity. The methods for increasing the resonator efficiency are analysed.
