Reflection coefficient of a stimulated Brillouin scattering mirror

Abstract: A transcendental equation, the root of which is the reflection coefficient of a stimulated Brillouin scattering mirror, was derived. Solution of this equation makes it possible to find the reflection coefficient as a function of the parameters of the scattering medium and of the exciting radiation intensity.
