Investigation of the energy characteristics of a chemical СO2 laser utilizing a O3 + D2 + CO2 mixture

Abstract: The operating parameters of a chemical СO2 laser were optimized in order to achieve maximum output energy. The results obtained under pulse operation conditions were used in an estimate of possible parameters of a chemical cw СO2 laser utilizing a D + O3 + CO2 + He mixture.
