Steady photo-emf in photorefractive crystals

Abstract: Measurements were made of a constant current induced in Bi12TiO20 (BTO) and Bi12SiO20 (BSO) crystals exclusively by the motion of an interference pattern. A method for determining the parameters of photorefractive crystals was developed on the basis of this effect.
