V. D. Paranin, K. N. Tukmakov S. P. Korolyov Samara State Aerospace University
Abstract:
A method for studying the phase function in tunable diffraction optical elements is proposed, based on measurement of the transmission of interelectrode gaps. The mathematical description of the method, which is approved experimentally, is developed. The instrumental error effects are analysed.
Keywords:
tunable diffraction optical element, linear electrooptic effect, phase function, mathematical model.
