Two-cascade acousto-optic dispersive delay line for ultrashort laser pulses

Abstract:
An optical dispersive delay line for controlling the spectral composition and phase of ultrashort laser pulses is considered. To control independently the spectral amplitude and spectral phase of pulses, it is proposed to use the cascade arrangement of two acousto-optic cells with different control signals.
