Abstract:
The properties of dissipative solitons propagating in an active nonlinear fibre with a Bragg grating are studied without using the slowly-varying amplitude approximation. It is shown that dissipative solitons with close initial velocities acquire during their propagation certain values from a discrete set of velocities.
