Abstract: It is shown that the use of blade-shaped profiled electrodes makes it possible to increase the stability of an electric discharge without significant deterioration of the homogeneity of the active mixture of an HF(DF) laser. The technical efficiency of a DF laser with a blade-shaped electrode system is ~30% higher than the efficiency of a laser with a system of smooth electrodes.
