Abstract:
An expression is obtained for the aberration operator of a plane-parallel plate and it is shown that its use in the far-field zone makes it possible to take full account of electromagnetic field perturbations. Examples are given of calculations in accordance with the proposed algorithm when the radiation field is split into 1024 × 1024 discrete elements.
