Full-text PDF (692 kB) Citations (2)
Abstract: A description is given of the construction and characteristics of a concave-mica-crystal x-ray spectrograph for laser plasma studies. The high luminosity of this spectrograph makes it possible to record the complete satellite structure of the spectra of Al XII-Al XIII and Ti XXI ions in a single laser heating pulse (energy up to 30 J, duration 4 nsec, and λ = 1.06 μ).
