Frequency and angular dependences of parametric superradiance generated in a KDP crystal as a result of an interaction of the e–oe type

Abstract:
An experimental investigation was made of parametric superradiance generated in a KDP crystal as a result of the e–oe interaction under strong energy exchange conditions. The width of the emission spectrum was up to 4000 cm– 1. In addition to generation of this wide-band infrared radiation, the interaction resulted also in the emission of visible radiation (450–580 nm) due to generation of a sum frequency of parametric superradiance components.
