Adaptive methods of formation of light beams in the presence of speckle modulation of the scattered field

M. A. Vorontsov, I. A. Kudryashov, V. I. Shmalgauzen
Abstract: An experimental investigation was made of the statistical criteria of focusing of radiation on a rough reflector. The effectiveness of such criteria in compensation of static, dynamic, and nonlinear phase distortions was demonstrated. The criteria were used in experiments on a 15-channel adaptive system with a flexible mirror. This system was controlled by a computer.
