Stimulated emission from a quasienergy multiplet structure of sodium levels in a resonant optical field

I. S. Zeĭlikovich, V. N. Komar
Abstract: Lasing was observed in a sodium atomic vapor near the absorption lines of the yellow doublet. Stimulated emission was achieved from quasilevels formed in a three-level system under the action of a resonant optical field. Calculations were made of the positions of the quasilevels formed under the action of the resonant field.
