Stabilized Fizeau interferometer based on a semiconductor laser

Abstract: A system for active stabilization of interferograms produced by a diagnostic Fizeau interferometer was based on a change in the wavelength of a semiconductor laser. This made it possible to obtain a clear interference pattern in the presence of considerable perturbations.
