Threshold current of oxide-insulated stripe laser diodes

Abstract: The results are reported of computer calculations of the threshold current of oxide-insulated stripe laser diodes with various values of the sheet resistance and stripe width. The optical stripe widths are determined as a function of the sheet resistance.
