Second All-Union Symposium on Physics of Gas Lasers (Novosibirsk, June 16–18,1975)

A review is given of the papers presented at the Second Ail-Union Symposium on Physics of Gas Lasers, held on June 16–18, 1975, in Novosibirsk. The main topics considered at the Symposium were applications of gas lasers (in spectroscopy, metrology, etc.); generation of short-wavelength radiation; processes in gaseous media; development and studies of high-power gas, gasdynamic, photodissociation, recombination, and chemical lasers.
