Abstract:
An experimental investigation was made of an interference acoustooptic spectrum analyzer with time integration and a photodetector based on charge-coupled devices. The input signal was provided by time modulation of radiation from a semiconductor laser. The frequency resolution of the spectra was 13 Hz for an accumulation time up to 100 ms in a frequency band up to 1 kHz. The signal/noise ratio was increased by additional analog processing in the photodetector.
