Synthesis of holograms from sets of noncoherently recorded perspective views and its use in electron-microscopic analysis
A. M. Gariev, A. S. Kuniskii, E. T. Myachin
Abstract:
A description is given of the method of synthesis of a composite hologram from a set of perspective views obtained with a scanning electron microscope in a wide range of viewing angles. The reconstructed image is three-dimensional. The methods of real mark and luminous grid are used in measuring the coordinates in the reconstructed holographic image. Formulas are given for the determination of the resolving power of the method. The method is illustrated by applying it to a study of the morphology of a nerve cell of a large pond snail Limnea stagnalis.
