Measurement of the frequency deviation of frequency-modulated laser radiation with a Fabry–Perot interferometer

Yu. S. Mikheev, A. S. Petrov, L. N. Popov
Abstract: The integrated intensity of frequency modulated laser radiation falls after passing through a Fabry–Perot interferometer tuned to the transmission maximum. The extent of this fall can be used to determine the frequency deviation. An experimental study has confirmed the feasibility of this method.
