Abstract: A distributed-feedback dye laser with a pulse repetition frequency up to 100 Hz was constructed. The optical pumping and formation of distributed feedback were due to the second and third harmonics of a YAG:Nd3+ laser. The emission wavelength was found to be tunable in the spectral ranges 408–420 and 548–710 nm. The laser emitted radiation of (3–4)×10–2 nm spectral width and 8×10–3 rad angular divergence; its efficiency was up to 12 %.
